2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items (typically within 3 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will approve your refund if the items meet our return eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be issued in 5-10 business days from the date of approval, and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card companies or PayPal may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account).

4. Refund Amount
